CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At New Era OS, we aim to make every customer's experience a positive one. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and request a refund if needed.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

How to Cancel

You can cancel your New Era OS subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

1. Through Your Account Dashboard: When you're logged in to our software (app.neweraos.com), navigate to your account settings and click "CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION" or "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION."

2. Via Email: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your cancellation request.

3. Through 24/7 Chat Support: Available on the bottom right when logged in (app.neweraos.com).

What Happens After Cancellation

Continued Access: After cancellation, you'll retain access to New Era OS until the end of your current billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds: We don't provide credits or refunds for partial subscription periods after your initial payment period.

Automatic Renewal Stops: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

REFUND POLICY

30-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial sign-up. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund for that month, minus any processing fees.

Important Refund Terms

First Month Only: Refunds apply only to the first paid month.

Processing Fees: Any refund will be minus credit card or payment processing fees charged by our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal).

Non-Refundable After 30 Days: All payments made after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.

No Credits for Partial Periods: We do not provide credits for partially used subscription periods.

How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Provide Details

Include the following information in your refund request:

Your account information (email address and name)

The reason for your refund request

Confirmation that you're within the 30-day refund window

Step 3: Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Step 4: Refund Delivery

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during a billing cycle, you'll be billed immediately for the prorated difference.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect in your next billing cycle. Any credits from the downgrade will apply to future bills.

No Refunds on Account Credits

We don't provide refunds for any account credits. Credits from plan changes or downgrades will be applied to your next billing cycle(s).

PRICING CHANGES

We may change subscription prices from time to time and will notify you in advance of any price changes. New prices will take effect in your next billing cycle.

Continuing to use New Era OS after a price change means you accept the new pricing. If you disagree with a price change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We securely store your payment information via Stripe and PayPal. You can update your payment details in your account settings at any time.

You must keep a valid payment method on file to continue using New Era OS. We will charge applicable fees to your authorized payment method until your subscription is canceled and all outstanding fees have been paid.

POLICY ABUSE

We maintain the right to reject refund requests from anyone who abuses our Refund Policy. Examples of abuse include:

Multiple sign-ups and refund requests

Downloading or extracting substantial content or templates and then requesting a refund

Clear evidence of fraudulent intent
